Product Information

All products on this Website are designed and made in Israel and are available for immediate shipment if available in stock. Our products are handmade by designer artists using sterling silver, gold, precious and semi-precious stones, wood and fabric among others. The process of making the jewelry and Judaica items involves hand-casting, hand-brushing, and hand-painting, requiring expenditure of much time and creative effort. Therefore, 4-6 weeks must be allowed for delivery of special orders, quantity orders, and back orders. The prices displayed on this Website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and maybe subject to change (increases or decreases) without prior notice. All online orders will be confirmed within 24 hours and purchasers will be advised of the approximate date of shipment.

Colors

We have strived to display the colors of the products shown on this Website as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Special Orders

Most sterling silver jewelry items may be special ordered in 14kt or 18kt solid gold. Prices will vary and additional time may be required for delivery.

Gift Messages

The guitybarlev.com gift message service available to our customers are subject to the following guidelines. Out of respect for all of who purchase or otherwise receive our products, we ask that you do not use obscene, profane or threatening language in gift messages. Examples of the kinds of conduct or content that are prohibited in guitybarlevl.com gift messages include:

The transmission of any content that could violate, or could facilitate the violation of, any applicable law, regulation, or Avant-Garde M. International's rule or policy.
The transmission of any content that is profane, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.
The impersonation of any person or entity in any part of a gift message. We may, but are not obligated to, restrict or remove any and all content from a gift message that we determine in our sole discretion violates these guidelines or is otherwise harmful to us, other Avant-Garde M. International customers, or any third party.

Shipping and Handling

Avant-Garde M. International utilizes United Parcel Services (UPS) to ship purchased merchandise unless otherwise requested by the purchaser. Please note that UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Shipping charges vary according to size and weight of packages and the shipping address. Avant-Garde M. International currently ships packages within the 50 United States, Canada, western Europe and Israel only.

Return and Exchanges

We fully inspect each item we ship to verify the quality of our product. If you receive your order damaged or find the item defective, we would gladly replace it. Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and return it within 10 days of receipt following these simple steps:

Notify us by calling 1(800) 889-8136 code 88 and obtain a street address for returned merchandise. (Please do not ship returned merchandise to our post office box address.)
For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Avant-Garde M. International is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Avant-Garde M. International will pay for the return shipping.
If you are returning an item for reasons other than stated in number 2 above, there will be a $10.00 restocking fee in addition to return shipping.
In all cases, the returned items will be either exchanged for another item or for a credit slip valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Our Guarantee

At Avant-Garde M. International we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. We want you to love the item you have purchased or the gift you have received. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange it or issue a house credit within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping charges are subject to our policy stated under �Return and Exchanges� section above.

Our Website is a secured site. The information you submit online remains private. We have a policy of deleting your personal information from our secured engine upon producing a hard copy. Our invoices only reflect the authorization number rather than your credit card number.
